Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions that constitute the return and refund of your purchase from Anica Art Studio online website.

Terms and conditions for return and refund:

1. We provide a 7-day no-questions-asked period for you to decide if you are happy with your purchase

2. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must return the goods within 7 days of purchase to Anica Art. Please ring or email to make contact and commence the return process.

3. As soon as goods are received by Anica Art we will issue you a refund to your nominated account provided:
the goods have been returned in their original condition, undamaged in either the original packaging or other suitable packaging protective of the goods.

4. After 14 days of the purchase or not fulfilling the above conditions in clause 3, Anica Art website shall not accept any return and no money will be refunded.
