River Gum on the Murray River by Anica Amphlett is an original watercolour painting, 37cm x 27cm, and is unframed.
Our travels out west took us along the Murray River to Corowa on the border of NSW and Wahgunyah on the Victorian side. We camped right on the river amongst huge Red River Gums. The trees right on the banks had erosion exposed roots and the water level seemed a bit low. There were lots of birds there too including Eastern Rosellas and about a dozen little wrens. I couldn'twait to get the easle out!
